Balmoral Boatshed is located on Sydney Harbour at the entrance to Middle Harbour.  Located east of the Spit Bridge at the best harbour beach in Sydney, we are 15 minutes from the heads by boat and 15 minutes from the city by car.

 

Down the hill from Mosman, the Boatshed at Balmoral has been in operation since the 1930's at this site. It has operated as Balmoral Boatshed since 1995, when it was purchased by the current owners. Nine years was then spent gaining approval to rebuild the dilapidated structure. This new boatshed was completed in 2005/6.

 

Our location is exceptional, whether it be for moorings, boat hire, fishing, swimming or grabbing some great food.

 

We are on the Esplanade at Balmoral on the Southern end, right next to the Balmoral Baths. As you come down the path from the street, the Kiosk entry is straight in front of you.

 

For Boatshed services like moorings, boat hire, tender service or bait sales, go right at the bottom of the path and through the gate on the right hand side.
